Occupational therapist · CF-L2 · 12+ years coaching · WAG Nutrition Coach · HWPO Ambassador…
Coach Jenn works as a full-time occupational therapist and is a Level 1 Functional Pelvic Health Practitioner. She is currently studying to become a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. Jenn has been coaching CrossFit for over 12 years! She is also a WAG Certified Nutrition Coach and an HWPO Ambassador. Jenn fell in love with CrossFit years ago training alongside her husband, Mike, who is also a coach at the gym. She became a proud mama when she welcomed her first daughter into the world in June 2025. She is also a fur mama to her Standard Poodle, Theo, German Shepherd, Mya, and two kitties.
Jenn became a coach because she loved the methodology of CrossFit. She is passionate about teaching the foundations of CrossFit and the carryover it has on the physical demands of everyday life. Her coaching style is empowering, adaptive, and strategic. She loves seeing members of all ages get out of their comfort zone to truly see what their bodies are capable of and achieve goals they once thought were impossible.
Coaching 3 years · athlete 8 years · family auto shop · mom & animal lover…
Coach Becky has been coaching CrossFit for three years and has been an athlete herself for the past eight. Outside the gym, she helps run her family’s auto repair shop alongside her dad. She’s also a wife, a mom, and an unapologetic animal lover—so much so that she’ll probably end up trying to pet something she definitely shouldn’t.
Becky became a coach because she’s passionate about helping people discover what they’re truly capable of. She believes everyone deserves to feel welcome and supported, regardless of their age, experience, shape, or size. She especially enjoys working with athletes who are new to CrossFit and need a little extra encouragement, guidance, or confidence to get started.
Her coaching style is laid-back, positive, and encouraging. Becky strives to create an environment where every athlete feels comfortable, supported, and confident enough to challenge themselves. Nothing is more rewarding to her than watching athletes stay committed to their goals, achieve things they once thought were impossible, and experience the pride that comes with becoming stronger—both physically and mentally.
Assisted Living Admin · 4 years coaching · Murph · tough love & empathy…
Coach Morgan works as an Assisted Living Administrator and has been coaching for 4 years. Morgan is looking forward to marrying her fiancé, Shane, and growing their family along with their 2 dogs, Mack & Murphy!
Morgan became a coach because she wanted to share the love and passion she has for CrossFit with anyone who would listen. She’s passionate about helping young women build confidence to excel not only in CrossFit, but in all aspects of life. Morgan’s coaching style is “direct and to the point” with a side of “tough love & empathy.” She loves seeing members grow and gain confidence inside and outside of the gym.
Director of Nursing · RN · drill sergeant / cheerleader · “That’s too light, go heavier.”…
Coach Holly works as the Director of Nursing at Allegheny County Jail and has been coaching since Feb 2026. When she’s not wrangling her gym family she’s at home wrangling her own human family and keeping them in line: Derek, Mia, Ben, Elijah, Madalynn—and her fur babies Chloe, Emma, Leo, Kate, Remington, RJ, and Raj. Her work and home life keep her going so she enjoys escaping to her gym family.
Holly became a coach because she believes everyone is capable of doing what they think they can’t, and she enjoys pushing people past their comfort zone to achieve their potential. She’s passionate about helping people because all it took was someone to believe in her and push her to achieve what she believed would never be obtained—and she believes everyone deserves that chance. Her coaching style is drill sergeant / cheerleader, and she loves seeing members get their “omg! I did it” moments.

Army veteran · mechanic · CFL-1 · hard work, heavy squats, and getting after it…
As an Army veteran, mechanic, and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, I’ve built my life around hard work, discipline, and solving problems—whether it’s under the hood of a vehicle or under a loaded barbell. I’ve been doing CrossFit for just over five years and coaching for nearly two, and I love helping athletes of all experience levels build confidence, strength, and resilience.
My favorite movement is any heavy squat variation because nothing beats moving big weight with solid technique. I believe fitness should challenge you, build character, and be something you enjoy showing up for. Whether your goal is your first workout, your next PR, or simply becoming healthier, I’m here to help you get there.
If I’m coaching, chances are you’ll hear heavy music cranked up before you hear me. Around the gym you’ll also hear me say, “Leg day is the best day,” and, “Don’t be a bitch.” We work hard, have fun, and get stronger together.
Hands-on coaching focused on strength, consistency, and real results for everyday people.
